Will himself wears many hats for Country Green Turf Farms. When I stopped in to take his picture, he was busy dispatching and handwriting the next day's routes. He was planning to drive one of them himself. All this in addition to handling the company safety program. I guess it's a good thing when you're too busy to realize what a great job you are doing, but I'm glad that his colleagues acknowledged it for him.
